Once they are qualified the tasks they are required to carry out can be quite varied and most of the jobs are split into 3 groups; the climbers (tree surgeons) that work up the tree cutting of diseased pieces of tree etc, planters that prepare the land ready for the trees to be planted and the ground workers that clear the other workers debris and arrange tools for work etc.
